iced-tea popsicles

As any true Southerner knows, summer is not really for swimming....

it's not really for reading...

it's not really for vacations...

it's not really for camping and hiking and catching-of-fireflies.

Summer is really for Iced Tea. :)

And what better way to experience "the life's blood of the South" than in a Popsicle-format? None that I know of! :)

Iced-Tea Popsicles

1/2 gallon sweet tea
Popsicle sticks (or plastic spoons! :)
Popsicle mold (or plastic cups :)

This is easy, peoples. :) Just pour your tea into the molds or cups, place the sticks in the proper place, and stick in the freezer for a day. (or overnight.) At the end of the time pop 'em out, head to the porch, and start licking.

It's the new way to be a Southern Belle. ;)
