flop-flipping fun

Yesterday being National Flip-Flop Day, and N.F.F.D. being run by Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and Tropical Smoothie Cafe offering a free 24 oz. smoothie to those who wore flip-flops to one of their stores, we piled and the van and had our share of the fun. :)

We were all true "flip-flopians". ;) Several people there were trying to catagorize any open toed shoe as a flip flop, but they didn't get away with it. :P

Thankfully we had arrived a little ahead of time, so were at the front of the line. For some reason, instead of overflowing outside the shop, people started lining up inside the store and spiraled in as the line grew. :P

"Jetty Punch" Smoothies are strawberry-banana. Very good and fresh. :)

We parked everyone at the Starbuck's outdoor sitting area......;)

Even Levi got some! Though I think he ended up getting a brain freeze. :P

All in all, it was worth it, and was a very nice mix up for the day. :) Thanks for taking us, Mom!
