Carpe Diem.

I am actually sitting at the computer typing a blog post.....how weird is that?! ;)
As you've noticed, the posts on here have been sporadic at best---the reason being because Rach and I both have had a lot going on and realistically blogging has had to be on the back shelf. Even this is just a quick hello to let you know we're still alive and well. So, here's a quick update on things that have gone on:
iGovern East .
This is the summer camp run by Generation Joshua that Daniel has counseled at for several years. This year Rachel is joining him and I had the extreme pleasure to receive a scholarship enabling me to attend as a camper!!!! xD I had such a wonderful, challenging, educating, and fun time there last week! I highly recommend this camp to all teens and I hope to come back next year and counsel. The staff and everyone who brainstormed and worked so hard on the camp are super heroes. Truly. They made the campers time profitable, productive, highly fun and not only that, but through chapel and other things, the message of the Gospel was prevalent. We all made soooo many memories and learned a ton about campaigning, running committees, being a member of the House (or Senate, or UN) and ethics. I met so many new and fantastic friends there, too! I am still so grateful for the opportunity that was given to me to experience this one-of-a-kind camp.

Work.
Our business has just gone through the slowest season in 10 years, but God is providing and we now have quite a lot of landscaping jobs to do! :) It's an answer to prayers, and we are glad to be busy again.

That pretty much sums up what's been happening, and I am definitely going to get some pics up here before too long.
Toodles,
Sarah
