A Delightfully Random Interview!

So, my dear friend Abigail, of Down From the Door Where It Began, randomly asked if I would like to exchange interviews with her. So we set the goal as 12 questions, and I asked them to her at her blog. You can read that post here. Then she sent me a different set of questions to answer here on my blog. Ready? :)

1. Is there something that you've always wanted to do, but never will because of common sense? I cannot promise you I will never do this, because I have that talent of by-passing practicality now and again, but I've always wanted to wear a creamy, clingy, soft, feminine dress like Jo March's dress when Laurie proposes, and go on a long "wander" through the fields around the countryside.

2. If you could sing beautiful bass notes, would you admit it? :D Only to my most intimate of friends.

3. Have you ever blown a balloon so full that it burst in your face? Baloons? No. Bubbles? Yes.

4. What is one of your favorites among the practical jokes that have been played on you? Well, I am accustomed to being woefully misused by you...ahem...but I would have to say that one of my favorite jokes was when I was washing dishes and waiting for your long-awaited arrival, but you came early and pounced on me, scaring me so badly that I screamed like a girl. :) *Fierce hug and pinch*

5. If someone offered to do your hair in cornrows, would you let them? No. I would look terrible in corn-rows. I'd look bald. Truly.

6. What REALLY happened to Little Bo Peep's sheep? You's really wants da know? Well, Vinnie rubbed 'em out, see? Out...see? Out............see? Bo-Peep had a friend wit' a violin case, and it didn't work out s'well for dem sheeps.

7. If you had been offered the role of a flying monkey in "The Wizard of Oz," would you have taken it, and why? No. Because flying monkies creep me out. A lot.

8. What are you most particular about in regards to your personal appearance? (When you have time to be particular ;) Probably my hair, and then...the state of my complexion. :P

9. If your hair would grow back red and curly if you first shaved yourself bald, would you do it? Depending on how quickly it promised to grow back.

10. Is there a song in your head right now? If so, which one, and which phrase in particular? "I'm not that girl" from Wicked...it was on our Pandora Broadway station...and....the line is, "He may be that boy...but Heaven knows, I'm not that girl." (I don't even think those are consecutive lines. Whatever. :D

11. Do the songs you sing or hum throughout the day typically reflect your mood? Not usually. :D Well, I take that back. I'm generally pretty cheerful, and most of the songs I sing are cheerful songs....but sometimes I find myself in a grouchy mood singing happy songs, or a happy mood singing doleful songs.

12. What was on page 47? Oh you poor child. Don't you wish you knew? Don't you wish you were the President's particular friend? ;)
